Cliché Laser Etching only take about 1 to 2 minutes to etch 1 plate. A 4 color image will only take less than 10 minutes.
Perfect Etching Depth Control
By controlling the etching power, operator can freely determine depth of every single etching. At the same etching power, the maximum depth tolerance remains <±5μ.
Very Precise Positioning
As the positioning is done in the laser software, the maximum position tolerance is <±0.5mm. The operator will just need barely fine-tuning for etching multi color images.
